Civil Engineering is one of the oldest stream of engineering. Its curriculum deals with the technology of designing and construction of infrastructure like towers, dams, bridges, highways, city water system and anything which has construction purpose. The UG Program in Civil Engineering has been started in July 2011 with 60 intake capacity. The mission is to build on the tradition of learning and scholarship, cultivate a culture of excellence, and create an ambience in which new ideas and creativity flourish. The dynamic and constantly evolving academic program reflects the institute's commitment to stay in tune with the expanding frontiers of knowledge worldwide. The Department has well equipped laboratories and furnished class rooms with multimedia facilities and Hi-end computer laboratory having latest software's along with Centre of Excellence for Testing of Innovative Construction Materials. Regular short-terms programmes and workshops are arranged in different specialized areas to suit the requirements of the industry. Department has received various research funded projects. Eligibility

Passed HSC examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories) in the above subjects taken together; and obtained score in MHT-CET 2020/Non-zero positive score in JEE MAIN.

For Admission to First Year engineering course:

Passed HSC examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories) in the above subjects taken together; and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2020/Non-zero positive score in JEE MAIN.

For Admission to Direct Second Year Engineering course:

Passed SSC or HSC and Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of backward class categories) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology from an AICTE approved Institution

Passed B.Sc. Degree from (UGC) recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates of Backward class categories ) and passed HSC with Mathematics as a subject

Admission Procedure

The institute has been granted autonomous statute by UGC and is affiliated to Kavayitri North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. Admission to UG program in engineering can be sought as per norms laid down by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State and AICTE for CAP quota seats.

These rules are applicable for admissions to the institute vide Government Resolution of Higher & Technical Education Department No. TEM-2016/CR (473/16)/ TE-4 Dated 25th April 2017 and amendments vide Gr. No. TEM-2019/CR 46/ TE-4 dated 04th June 2019. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. XXVIII of 2015), the Government of Maharashtra has published the rules on 24.04.2017 and its amendments on 05.06.2018, 04.06.2019 and 09.07.2020 to regulate the admissions.
